Robin qualified as a chiropractor for people & animals in 2019. He has a keen interest in developing himself as a person, a leader and a professional and regularly attends development seminars, courses and coaching programmes to hone & develop his skills.
He was team captain of the university rugby team, when one day he was rolled awkwardly in a game and noticed that his vision was blurry. He went to an optician who said he needed to get glasses. At that time he was under Chiropractic care from a final year student, who noticed that he had a very dysfunctional upper neck area since the rugby incident.
The intern adjusted Robin in that area, where the loudest crack ever heard popped from Robin’s upper neck. Instantly, Robin’s blurry vision completely cleared, and the optician was starstruck to notice that Robin no longer needed glasses. Since that moment, Robin realised how powerful a simple spinal adjustment can be, even when little to no pain is felt.
This lead him on his pursuit to become the best spinal adjuster he could be so he can deliver similar results to his clients every day. Any time there’s a family gathering like a wedding, Robin can be seen with a queue of people asking for an adjustment, which he loves to do even in his time off because of the ease, simplicity and instantaneous results that people get from a well-adjusted spine.
Audrey was a practicing Architect in her first career, she was instrumental in creating luxury homes & hotels across the world from Los Angeles, London, Switzerland and Cyprus. She noticed how her tradesmen would regularly be unable to work due to the back pain they suffered from doing their jobs.
She was once playing volleyball in Los Angeles on a day off, and severely hurt her back from a play, so she sought the help of a local chiropractor who worked wonders on her spine. From that day, she was inspired to help others suffering from debilitating conditions like these and began her journey to becoming a qualified Chiropractor.
She comes from a mountain village in the French speaking region of Switzerland, so high quality service, efficiency and beautiful scenery are her standards. She loves looking after families, tradespeople and the elderly to be able to live their best lives. She enjoys horse riding and interior design in her spare time and is responsible for keeping In Flow looking as beautiful and functional as it can be.

I was given the opportunity to book in my first consultation with Robin and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the immediate results (small tests before and after) to how comfortable Robin made the session, it is something I certainly encourage anyone with potential posture problems to do! I Highly recommend Robin and the team also!
Troy TurnerI went in due to lower back issues, Robin made me feel so safe and confident in what I was a little apprehensive to do before. Gave me a clear indication of what could be the problem and what I can do myself to mitigate it getting worse. Stunning decor, really calming and beautiful. Highly, HIGHLY recommend
Perry PedrosaRobin and Audrey have been such a healing force in my life these last 3 years. From arriving in constant pain with daily bouts of dizziness I am now under maintenance care to stretch out the effects of an office job. I still get the odd headache but their techniques and zen space always put me right; always leaving their place with a smile and a feeling taller!
Maryce MontoyaRobin and the team are so lovely. Both my husband and I have both have had our initial consultations and are very much looking forward to the upcoming course of appointments to help correct some issues we both suffer with. Robin was great at helping and talking me through each process as I suffer with anxiety but made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend x
Alannah BlinkhornChiropractic is for everyone. From newborn babies, kids and pregnant women, to men and women well into the 90’s and beyond. Chiropractic helps both abled and disabled people to regain their health, or maintain their health without the use of drugs or surgery.
This very much depends on how long the problem has been there for and how committed you are to getting better. At In Flow we do understand that healing is a process, and all process take time, and our aim is to help you fully recover and express health, vitality and vigour, going beyond just feeling better.
No, generally adjustments don’t hurt. The objective of the adjustment is to restore correct movement to the area being adjusted and to create more ease in the body. However, some patients who see us are in a lot of pain, and therefore because they are in pain already, the positions required to give the adjustments can be slightly uncomfortable at first.
Most people feel great after their first Chiropractic adjustment. You can often feel achy like you have been to the gym. This is because the muscles are working more as the joints they are attached to are now moving more.
Adjustments do not always make a noise, they are just a fun side effect that sometimes occurs. This is release of gas, like a bubble of air popping in the fluid sac of a joint, as it moves when being adjusted.
No, for routine adjustments you will not need to remove clothing apart from coats, belts and shoes. However it may be more comfortable to be in loose fitting clothes. For your Initial Consultation, tighter, gym type clothing is ideal to help with the accuracy of the posture assessment.
We understand that everyone lives busy lives these days, and trying to fit your chiropractic appointment in can be another tricky juggling act. So to avoid people having to compromise on care, our appointments only take a short amount of time. These are however very specific and effective. We believe in doing absolutely what is necessary to get your body functioning better, no more and no less. It will never feel rushed, just specific and to the point.
Open plan adjusting is where the adjustments are delivered in a communal area. The purpose of this is to enhance community and focus on getting well, as opposed to focusing on the problem. It also allows the chiropractor to enter the flow state when going from one patient to the next, enhancing skill level so you can receive a higher level of professional care. You stay fully clothed for your adjustments and there are regular private ‘review’ appointments booked every so often to monitor and manage your progress.
This is assessed on a case by case basis but routinely most of the people that come to see us do not require either to start care. Should you be one of the people that do, we can arrange this for you. We also analyse and report on your x-ray when it has been taken. We refer MRI images to specialists to analyse and report on.
Chiropractors hold an honourary Doctor of Chiropractic title. They gain this through a minimum of 4 years university masters education and as primary health care professionals.
Yes, following the 1994 Chiropractors Act. To call yourself a chiropractor in the UK you need to be qualified and registered with the General Chiropractic Council. All chiropractors at In Flow are qualified and registered.
We give all our patients clear pricing in your results session. We offer many options to pay, so that you can afford your care over a time frame that suits you best.
Your insurance may contribute to your care, and this does vary from insurer to insurer. In Flow is dedicated to delivering the best service to our patients, so we do not deal directly with insurance companies. However, we are happy to provide all the necessary reports and receipts needed for you to make a claim.
Chiropractic is all about helping you function to your absolute best. Whether you are in pain or not, whether you are healthy or sick. Chiropractic is the art of removing any interferences within your body to allow it to do what it does best; which is to heal and thrive. Those who want to get the most out of their body and life, choose regular chiropractic care.
Chiropractic works by helping improve how your spine and nervous system is working. As we know, the brain and nervous system control and coordinate every single function of the body, and with that the body has an innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Chiropractic works with the spine and skull to remove any pressure or interference upon the brain and nervous system; most commonly from the spine not functioning optimally. Thereby allowing the body to reconnect and work to its best ability.
Chiropractic is for everybody, from newborn babies to those nearing their time on this planet. It is never too late to start your chiropractic journey and certainly it is never too early.
Chiropractic helps to get the sick people well and keep the well people at their best.
